Having always worked in fields where customer service is of outmost importance, I understand that it is usually negative feedback which is directed to the owners and/or managers of businesses, and not often enough is real effort rewarded with positive feedback.

Ever since I’ve purchased my car of Lexus of Blackburn, I have received nothing but ease in communication, excellent product knowledge and outstanding service. Starting with Justin who sold me the car (through a very pleasurable experience), and has since been in touch (and vice versa) several times to ensure everything is well, to Brent who organised the finance and insurance by taking the hassle out of what can sometimes become a grueling process, through to Sunny and especially Ryan who together with Justin have shown extraordinary customer service when I had a couple of issues, and helped me resolve them quickly and efficiently. Not forgetting of course the lovely ladies who answer the phones and always treat you like a king along with the atmosphere upon entering your dealership premises.

After having owned a Mercedes Benz and received the expected service with that, followed by Audi who trumped the Mercedes service several times over, I knew it would be difficult to improve on that, but thus far, the Lexus of Blackburn staff have done nothing less but show that they stand behind their word and brand, and aren’t shy to go out of their way to make owning a Lexus vehicle a special experience.

Whilst dropping off the car to Ryan this afternoon I happened to mention that yesterday I had my driver’s door scratched and that someone had backed into the front bumper of my car today – all in all a pretty woeful last two days! In the short time Ryan had the car he had the door scratches polished off and had obtained a quote for me to get an idea how much the repair of the front bumper would be if I made a claim on insurance. And then he followed up by emailing a copy of the quote to me.

Until now, Garry and I have been unaccustomed to an attentive and responsive after sales service with any of our previous cars. Your follow-up and customer care is impressive.”
