Winners enjoyed the cultural experience of Japan like so many elite Lexus Leader winners before them, yet for those who had been visited Japan before, this experience was like no other.
The trip to Japan featured environmental and personal performance elements which reflected the theme of the 2008 program.
Study Tour attendees were chosen for excellence in their respective departments and are the best performers in Australia.
Lexus Leaders are judged on the following categories and team members are rated on their individual performance:

- Communication
- Needs Met + Referral
- Reporting Targets
- Attendance at Dealer Meetings
- Mystery Shopping results
- Customer service
